Special rake dryer for inorganic pigments
Brief description of inorganic pigment materials:
Inorganic pigments are oxides of non-ferrous metals, or metal salts that are insoluble in some metals. Inorganic pigments are divided into natural inorganic pigments and artificial inorganic pigments. Natural inorganic pigments are mineral pigments. Pigments made from natural minerals or inorganic compounds. Natural mineral pigments are generally of lower purity and darker color, but are cheap. The synthetic inorganic pigment varieties have complete chromatograms, bright, pure color, and strong hiding power.
Use of inorganic pigment materials:
Inorganic pigments are widely used in coatings, plastics, synthetic fibers, rubber, building materials, stationery, painting pigments, inks, and paper.
Working principle of special rake dryer for inorganic pigments:
This machine is a novel horizontal intermittent vacuum drying equipment. Wet materials are evaporated through conduction. A scraper stirrer continuously removes the materials on the hot surface, and moves in the container to form a circulating flow. After evaporation, the water is pumped out by the vacuum pump.
