Product introduction:

  Boiling drying, also known as fluidized bed, is composed of an air filter, heater, fluidized bed host, cyclone separator, bag-type dust remover, high-pressure centrifugal fan, and operating table. Due to the different nature of the drying materials, when supporting dust removal equipment, you can consider it according to your needs. You can choose cyclone separator, bag-type dust remover, or you can choose one of them at the same time. Generally speaking, you only need to choose cyclone separator for drying with a large proportion such as granules and particulate materials. Small granular and powdery materials with lighter specific gravity need to be equipped with bag dust collectors, and are equipped with pneumatic feeding devices and belt conveyors to choose from.
  The granular solid materials are added to the fluidized bed dryer from the feeder. The filtered clean air is heated and then sent to the bottom of the fluidized bed by a blower to contact the solid materials through a distribution plate, forming a heat-mass exchange between fluidization and gas-solid. After drying, the materials are discharged from the discharge port, and the waste gas is discharged from the top of the fluidized bed, recycled solid powder materials through cyclone dust collectors and bag dust collectors, and then evacuated.
  Steam, electricity and hot blast stoves can be used (complete according to user requirements).
working principle
  Clean hot air is distributed into the bed through the valve plate, and the wet material entering from the feeder is boiled by the hot air. Because the hot air is in extensive contact with the material, the heat and mass transfer process is enhanced, so it can be dried in a short time. If the continuous type is used, the material enters from one end of the bed, boils and dries for tens of seconds to a few minutes, and automatically flows out from the other end of the bed. This equipment generally performs negative pressure operation.
Adapt materials
    Drying operations for medicines, chemical raw materials, food, grain processing, and feed. Such as: drying and dehumidification of raw materials, tableting granules, traditional Chinese medicine granules, health foods, beverage granules, corn germ, feed, plastic resins, citric acid and other powdery materials. Applicable material particle sizes are generally0.1 to 6mm, and the particle size is 0.5 to 3 mm.

installation instructions

All equipment needs to be placed flat, fixed with foot screws, and all parts are well sealed.

The fan can be placed outdoors or in a self-built muffling room. The floor layout can be adjusted as appropriate according to specific circumstances.
